I’m Back and What I've Learned about Time Management

If you’re an avid reader of my blog, you may have noticed the lack of blogging. Yes, I can only apologise so much. If you are an avid reader, or even a curious reader, of my blog, then you’ll have noticed that I freelance too.

I’m not trying to come up with excuses but freelancing alongside a full time job is hard work. And that also means that one aspect of my life is going to suffer. Keeping me on the go is pretty tough going so in order to maintain my health, I sacrificed my blog.

Ouch.

I know.

Knowing your limits is such an important part of life. Managing your workload and managing your time are both key elements to having a fulfilling life. Hanging out with friends or getting back into your fitness shouldn’t be a punishment and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing.

What to know a bit more? I guess you’ve read this far, you deserve to see what I’ve been working on.

I am an avid car lover. I don’t have the mechanical skills I wish I had but the enthusiasm is there and so I’m part of the two man team responsible for Custom Cars World. There’s no doubt it’s my baby and has required endless hours of blood, sweat and tears to create the database of knowledge that’s there. I’ve had fun, and wanted to kill someone all at the same time.

If that wasn’t enough, then here’s our spin-off/side-line project: JustCustomz. Building on the love for cars, I’ve been working with a team of three very dedicated tech know-it-alls to produce the best custom car selling site this side of Hawaii. It’s required quite a little bit of elbow grease if I’m honest.
And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve been up to my usual tricks…manuscript editing and website building for my various clients, country hopping through the glorious Scandinavian cities and of course enjoying a good book when I have time.

I’ve been distributing my time between all this and desperately trying to keep the fires burning at the same time.

But as I get to grips with life again, I’ll be appearing here more often and I want to hear from you guys. Ask me a question, ask me for advice and I’ll do my best to help. What marketing problems are you struggling with? What social media mishaps do you need help with? How is your latest manuscript coming along?

I can’t wait to hear from you.
