It’s time to go through the boring stuff…
With the new GDPR regulations, it’s important that you understand how your data is used. And I’m going to keep this real simple.
What information do I collect?
The only information I collect is your name and email address. This is in order to provide you with the latest blog updates.
For those who are my clients, I store the following:
- Email address
- A record of jobs completed
- A copy of completed job
Additional information may be stored, such as telephone number, dependant on the project. For example, those who receive consultation advice, a telephone number would be required.
I will never share your information with anyone else.
I do not store payment details, nor do I request payment details.
This information is stored securely with additional security measures in place to protect this information.
How is your information used?
The information submitted via the website or email is used for the following purposes:
To provide you with email updates on my latest blogs
To communicate in regards to a specific editing, writing or marketing project.
I do however use Google Analytics which will anonymously track user activity in order to determine the performance of the website, but this does not include personally sensitive information.
